Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models; completion of individual employment applications for both spouses.
