Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to work as flex houseparents, providing guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a nurturing environment on their campus in Hershey, PA.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couple applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including a smoke-free environment and restrictions on pets; possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
