Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: The Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents, offering a nurturing home environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; a two-person job for couples married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations; possess valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students; completion of an individual employment application by both spouses.
