Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents for groups of 8-12 students on campus. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and willingness to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high degree of integrity and exemplary behavior as role models for students; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
