Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a leading private school providing education and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds from pre-K through 12th grade. Married couples live on-campus as flex houseparents, offering a family-like structure and guidance to students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by campus regulations including a smoke-free, weapon-free environment; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
