Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) provides exceptional career-focused education with housing, meals, and more to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school is fully endowed, thanks to Milton and Catherine Hershey, offering resources for student and staff success. MHS is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing students in on-campus homes.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for couples married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; complete individual employment applications.
