Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents, providing guidance and care to 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples who have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; no alcohol permitted while on duty
