Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This unique role involves providing a nurturing home environment, overseeing youth development activities, and managing household responsibilities within an on-campus student home setting, offering a family-like structure for students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses complete an individual employment application
