Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to support disadvantaged students in a family-like residential setting. This position is specifically for legally married couples who will work collaboratively as flex houseparents to ensure student well-being and academic support within a nurturing community-focused environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; limitations on pets; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and Sunday chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
