Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing a nurturing family-like environment on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally wed for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; willingness to lead students in daily devotions and take them to Judeo-Christian services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy adherence; limitation on pets to fish and one approved dog breed; both spouses to complete individual employment applications; high level of integrity as role models for students.
