Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist role involves married couples serving as flex houseparents to create a nurturing environment for 8-12 students, guiding them academically and emotionally within a family-like setting on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; Marriage of at least two years; Both spouses age 27 or older; No more than three dependent children in the student home; Smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; Valid driver’s license with ability to drive student home vans; Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; High school diploma or GED; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Demonstrated integrity as a role model; Completion of individual employment applications by both spouses
