Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is an exceptional private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. MHS is fully endowed, providing students with housing, meals, and comprehensive support to thrive. The school is now hiring married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and providing guidance and nurturing to a group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legal marriage for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high integrity and role model behavior for students; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
