Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes. This unique role involves providing guidance and support to approximately 8-12 students, creating a family-like environment, and ensuring the overall well-being of the students. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity and serve as role models for students; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; no more than three dependent children in the student home, abide by campus rules on pets, smoke-free and weapon-free environment; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
