Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist position at Milton Hershey School involves married couples serving as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing 8-12 students in a family-like setting on campus, with a focus on youth development and comprehensive support.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served environments; at least 27 years old for both spouses; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free environment; valid driver’s license; ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high integrity and role-modeling qualities; completion of individual employment applications for both spouses.
