Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school in Hershey, PA, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to work as flex houseparents providing guidance to students from underprivileged backgrounds. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working with youth, preferably from underserved backgrounds; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity and willingness to be a role model for students
