Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, providing a nurturing home environment for students aged pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. These couples will guide a group of 8-12 students, managing responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration while ensuring a family-like structure. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
