Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to support students from disadvantaged backgrounds in on-campus student homes. This role, tailored for married couples, involves nurturing and guiding students, managing responsibilities like transportation and medication administration, and creating a positive and impactful environment for youth development.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
