Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private educational institution offering a career-focused education to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school is fully endowed, providing students and staff with all necessary resources for success. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as Flex Houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to provide mentorship and guidance to students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high integrity and role model behavior for students
