Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school offering career-focused education and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, is seeking married couples to work as flex houseparents, providing a family-like environment for 8-12 students on campus.
Requirements: Experience working with youth, especially those from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; commitment to being positive role models and leading students in daily devotions; comfortable with campus regulations on smoke, weapons, alcohol, and pets
