Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to join as Flex Houseparents. This role involves providing a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, guiding and supporting their educational journey within on-campus student homes.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including alcohol and smoke-free policy; limited pets permitted (fish and one approved breed dog); high integrity and ability to be a role model for students; both spouses must complete individual employment application.
