Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

This unique role as a Youth Development Specialist involves serving as a flex houseparent, guiding a group of 8-12 students in a family-like environment on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfort leading students in daily devotions; adherence to campus policies including smoke-free environment, restrictions on pets, and prohibition of alcohol on duty.
