Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents on-campus, providing guidance and nurturing to a small group of students. The school, fully endowed by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, offers a comprehensive career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, covering all costs including housing and meals.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for a minimum of two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable leading students in daily devotions; both spouses required to complete individual employment applications; adhere to campus regulations including no alcohol on duty and limitations on pets.
