Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; maximum of three dependent children in the student home; adhere to campus rules including a smoke-free and weapon-free environment, no alcohol on duty, limitations on pet ownership, valid driver’s license, ability to drive student home vans, comfort leading students in daily devotions, and high school diploma or GED. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
