Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents for 8-12 students in an on-campus home, providing a family-like structure, nurturing environment, and comprehensive support to students from pre-K to 12th grade.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; limitations on children and pets; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as role models for students.
