Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents, providing care and guidance to 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds on-campus in Hershey, PA. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; candidates must demonstrate high integrity as role models for students.
