Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples serve as flex houseparents on campus, providing guidance and support in a family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage; both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children allowed in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; restrictions on pets with only approved breeds allowed; possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
