Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists. In this role, couples will reside in on-campus student homes, providing guidance and support to disadvantaged students in a family-like environment. The school covers all costs for students, including housing, meals, and education, ensuring a nurturing and career-focused experience.

Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; this is a two-person job for couples who have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; abide by a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, with no alcohol permitted while on duty; limitations on pets with only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
