Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, especially from under-served backgrounds; legal marriage of at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses; willingness to lead students in daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; adherence to campus rules including smoke-free, weapon-free environment, and no alcohol on duty; limited pets policy (fish and one approved breed dog only); strong integrity and role model behavior for students
