Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private institution located in Hershey, PA, is seeking Youth Development Specialists. These individuals, typically married couples, reside in on-campus student homes to provide guidance and support to disadvantaged students, fostering a family-like environment and ensuring student well-being. Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; limit of three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; restrictions on pets; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED required; high integrity and role model qualities essential; both spouses to complete individual employment applications.
