Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school, is seeking dedicated couples to serve as Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, providing guidance and support to groups of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity and commitment to being a positive role model for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
