Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists in on-campus student homes. This role involves providing guidance to 8-12 students, nurturing them, managing daily routines, administering medication, and fostering a family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth preferred; this is a couple-based role for legally married couples; both spouses must be 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must demonstrate high integrity and serve as role models for students.
