Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, known for providing a career-focused education to students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, offering a structured, family-like environment for students. The school covers housing, meals, and all costs, providing a nurturing and supportive setting for both students and staff.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; limit of three dependent children in the student home; abide by smoke-free and weapon-free campus policies; have a valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
