Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

The Youth Development Specialist position focuses on married couples serving as flex houseparents, nurturing and guiding students while managing daily activities.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including smoke-free, weapon-free policy, and no alcohol while on duty; limitations on pets with only fish and one approved dog; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity and serve as role models for students; both spouses to complete individual employment applications.
