Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This unique role involves providing a family-like environment, career-focused education, and comprehensive support to help students thrive in both education and personal development aspects.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; must be a legally married couple for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; familiarity with leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
