Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private educational institution offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS provides housing, meals, and comprehensive support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Currently, MHS is seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to guide and nurture a group of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be 27 years old or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
