Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, the school provides housing, meals, and comprehensive support for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. MHS is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes and providing guidance and structure for groups of students.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity and ability to serve as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
