Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private school offering a career-focused education for students from pre-K to 12th grade in Hershey, PA. It provides housing, meals, and comprehensive support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school is seeking married couples for the role of Youth Development Specialist to work as flex houseparents, creating a nurturing environment for approximately 8-12 students in on-campus student homes.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; completion of individual employment application by both spouses.
