Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is a renowned private institution offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds. Flex houseparents, married couples residing on campus, provide nurturing guidance to approximately 8-12 students, ensuring a family-like environment with various responsibilities.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; Two years of legal marriage required for couples; Both spouses aged 27 or older; No more than three dependent children in the student home; Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; Valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; Comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; High school diploma or GED; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Demonstrated integrity and role model behavior; Individual employment application for each spouse
