Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) provides an exceptional and fully-endowed education to students from pre-K through 12th grade, focusing on career development and support for those from disadvantaged backgrounds. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, offering guidance and a nurturing environment for groups of students in on-campus residences.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years; both spouses must be 27 years or older; limited to three dependent children in the student home; adherence to campus rules including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; ability to drive and lift up to 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED required; high integrity and role model behavior expected; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
