Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking Youth Development Specialists to serve as flex houseparents for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This unique private school offers a career-focused education with housing and meals covered, thanks to its fully endowed resources provided by its founders, Milton and Catherine Hershey.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in underserved settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; valid driver’s license; able to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; both spouses to complete individual employment applications.
