Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution, is seeking married couples to become Flex Houseparents and care for groups of students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no alcohol on duty, smoke-free environment; valid driver’s license; ability to lead students in daily devotions and attend Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate integrity and be a role model for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
