Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

This unique role involves married couples residing on campus to provide guidance and support to a small group of students, fostering a family-like environment and overseeing various student-related tasks.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
