Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents. This unique opportunity involves providing care and guidance to 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds in on-campus student homes.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses must be age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
