Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents for groups of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, providing a supportive family environment, guidance, and managing household responsibilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; age 27 or older for both spouses; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
