Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a prestigious private educational institution in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to work as Flex Houseparents. This unique role involves providing guidance and care to students from underprivileged backgrounds, offering a family-like environment within the school’s campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; complete individual employment applications for both spouses
