Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering pre-K through 12th-grade education to students from underprivileged backgrounds. Founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS provides students with a comprehensive career-focused education, including housing, meals, and full financial coverage. MHS is currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing in on-campus student homes to support and guide groups of approximately 8-12 students, providing a family-like structure and essential care.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; must be smoke and weapon-free with no alcohol on duty; limit on pets to fish and one approved dog breed; both spouses to complete individual employment applications
