Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents for students from underprivileged backgrounds. This unique opportunity involves providing a nurturing family-like environment for a group of 8-12 students on campus, offering guidance and support in their daily lives.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; this is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage experience; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate integrity and act as role models for students; complete individual employment applications for both spouses
