Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a world-renowned private school, is seeking married couples to serve as Youth Development Specialists, known as flex houseparents, providing guidance and a family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. As flex houseparents, couples live on-campus, overseeing a group of 8-12 students and managing daily activities and administrative tasks. Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legal marriage for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children residing in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; individual employment application for both spouses
