Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, provides a unique opportunity for married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, offering guidance and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like setting on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty; limited pets policy; valid driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; completion of individual employment application by both spouses.
