Position: Youth Development Specialist – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private institution founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds within on-campus student homes.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; no alcohol while on duty; limitations on pets; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
